A detailed account of Everlast Construction's (lic 986126) dishonest shady business practices

A quick update

I just thought I would post a quick update since there hasn’t been anything new posted on Everlast Construction in a while.

As of this writing, I’m discussing a settlement and/or going to mediation/arbitration with everlast. They of course are sticking to their usual routine of not admitting to do anything wrong at all and acting like they are the victims.  If i do reach a settlement with them, there’s a good chance I will probably have to take down this site and not reveal any details of the settlement. But I will keep this site up, and updated, as long as I can.

  1. Another disappointed customer

It is very encouraging to find this site and you are able to stand out. When I signed the project, I was told there is nothing I need to prepare in advance. However, during the project, a lot of material were rush ordered/pushed decision due to the tight time schedule of the construction worker. I was very confused since it is me that was the customer and the customer sacrifice their optimal selections just go to a secondary/ third place only because of Everlast tight time schedule. House projects can cost huge, especially when the customer also earned the money by hands and sweat. They really should tread customer better rather than intimidating after the demo.

How is your case going forward?

Same thing happened to me – nothing was organized and things needed to be done at the last minute, even though I had told them our material selection weeks or months in advance.

Right now the case is at a standstill, which is what I think they want. I’m pretty sure their whole legal strategy relies on intimidation and when they fails, trying to make it too expensive or complicated for the average person to pursue. Last I heard from their lawyer he said he was going to be busy for a few weeks working on some other case. That was 3 months ago.
